I'm passionate and excited about working with queer and trans people, and neurodivergent folks of all walks of life. My specialties are centered around trauma processing, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidality. I primarily utilize narrative therapy, which is focused on collaboration and being a non-pathologizing approach to therapy. I also have a big focus on nervous system regulation, recognizing the impacts of trauma on our bodies. I identify as a nonbinary/ trans white neurodivergent person and use they/ them pronouns. I live on the Northshore of Massachusetts (occupied Penacook land) but grew up in northern NY. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, bike riding, cups of tea, and spending time with my loved ones! I am able to write letters for gender affirming care and have lived experience navigating these systems.
